"Strengthening the world's products
with a high performance filler material"

CONDUCTOSPHERES™

  CONDUCTOSPHERES™

CONDUCTOSPHERES™ are hollow glass microspheres coated with silver.

The silver coating makes the microspheres highly electrically conductive resulting in a filler that is considerably lighter than solid silver particles and which can be used in numerous applications.

CONDUCTOSPHERES can be incorporated into paints, adhesives and composites to provide these materials with electrical conductivity and to shield against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).

The CONDUCTOSPHERES range includes products based on borosilicate glass microspheres, aluminosilicate cenospheres and expanded volcanic ash particles. The size, density and silver loading of CONDUCTOSPHERES can also be tailored to meet the customer's specifications.
